Information you share
When you request an estimate, InterioBay collects your name, mobile number, location and work required. You may also share a budget, property type, timeline and message. We use these details to understand your enquiry, prepare or discuss an estimate, and communicate about your project.
Website and campaign information
We record the page where your enquiry began and campaign information such as UTM parameters and Google advertising click identifiers when present. These are kept in your browser’s session storage and attached to your enquiry to understand its source. Session storage ends when your browser session ends.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
If enabled, analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads, may use cookies and similar technologies to measure website use and enquiry actions. Optional tracking loads only after you allow it. Your analytics preference is saved on your device. You can clear site data in your browser to change that choice. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.
Service providers and contact channels
Enquiry information may be processed by hosting, CRM or workflow providers used to manage enquiries. Phone and WhatsApp links open services outside this website. Information you send through WhatsApp is also subject to that service’s privacy practices. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form from spam.
Storage and your choices
We use enquiry information for responding to your request and managing related work. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared, or to stop further enquiry-related communication. Retention depends on the status of the enquiry, the project and applicable recordkeeping needs.
Contact
Use the contact options on this website and mention “Privacy request”. Please avoid sending payment information or sensitive identity documents through the estimate form.
